We've created a series of films with the incredible Francesca Annan who is a Dietitian for Children and Young People at University College Hospital, London. She is a National and International expert on exercise management for young people with diabetes and over the next few weeks she'll be showing you ways to manage Type 1 Diabetes around lots of different aspects of sport and exercise.
