Welcome to the Parents and Carers page

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to visit the site. If you and your child are living with Type 1 Diabetes then we are here for you. We know first hand how difficult Type 1 Diabetes can be and would love to hear what would be most useful for you to see on this page.

Below are some resources from our most popular films to support your journey and you may be interested in visiting our resources page where you can access national documentation.

You could also visit the DigiBete Kids or Teens sections to see age specific examples of children, young people and their families managing their diabetes too. These are made as mini-documentaries by real life families modelling best practice care.
