Abbott have issued an apology to everyone using iPhones who have not been able to successfully upgrade to the latest FreeStyle LibreLink 2.10 iOS app in the UK.

If you are one of these people having trouble completing the app update then you should follow the two easy steps in this video: https://youtu.be/LfIbDA8ciSg

If you continue to have issues after completing this action, then you should call the UK customer service team on 0800 170 1177.

If you’re using a previous version of FreeStyle LibreLink then you can continue to use the app.
