Festive poem and help through Christmas.

Hi,

We wanted to share a special poem that has been written by a member of the Leeds Children’s Hospital Diabetes Team for all of you living with type 1 diabetes.  You can read it at the bottom of this post.  It’s called ‘Ho Ho Hypo’.
