Hi,
If you are aged between 16–25 and live in the North of England then Diabetes UK would like it if you could come and take part in their new ‘Our Lives, Our Choices, Our Voices’ programme.
It’s an opportunity to meet others and learn more together, and to hear all about their new youth programme.
