Hi,

Life with type 1 diabetes can be difficult and sometimes it can help to hear the experiences of other people.  Diabetes UK are hosting a Teenage and Type 1 online Q&A session with a panel of 15-21 year olds living with type 1 diabetes.

This event is aimed at 13-17 year olds living with type 1 and if this is of interest to you, or you know someone who might benefit from this event, the details are below:

Diabetes UK are also running a competition “Diabetes and My Family” which is open to everyone under 18 (not just the North of England as it states on their poster).

It’s a creative project with the aim of showing what diabetes means to you and your family and you can find out more by seeing the attached poster.  It closes on 31st May.
