Hi there,
The National Paediatric Diabetes Audit (NPDA) is currently asking all children and young people aged 8-19 years of age who have diabetes and are receiving care from a paediatric diabetes team, their parents/ carers, and parents / carers of children under 8 years of age to complete a Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREM) survey about your experiences of the care and support that you receive from your diabetes
team.
This is a really important survey because it enables The National Paediatric Diabetes Audit Team at The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) to create a national report on the experiences of diabetes care, with recommendations for national improvements, and also to create a report for your team, summarising all the feedback that has been received on their care.
Your clinic will use the report to help them plan improvements to the care that they provide. Any feedback provided in other languages will be translated to English before being included in the report.
The survey is completely anonymous, is available in multiple languages and will take approximately 10 mins to complete. Your help and support really are crucial to improving services.
