Here’s some exciting news from Dexcom!

Dexcom is thrilled to be offering more choice for people living with diabetes by now offering a Dexcom G7 connection with Omnipod 5 for paediatrics.

Dexcom has been working tirelessly to ensure that the Omnipod 5 and Dexcom G7 combination can be offered to children and young people.

At the current time, this combination does not meet the NICE TA943, HCL threshold for adults but rest assured that both companies are committed to working together to find a solution to this. Dexcom G6 and OP5 are still available and listed on the NHSSC framework for adults.

Availability may vary between areas and trusts so to discuss your options please get in touch with your local diabetes team.
