We know this will not be an easy time for any of us so please do all take care and enjoy your family time at home.

Here are some quick tips for managing T1D over Easter:

• Maybe don’t eat all your Easter Eggs in one go!  Make them last and eat them after food.
• Easter egg hunts can still be fun in and around your home.
• Be like an Easter Bunny and don’t forget to eat your veggies with your Easter lunch!
• You can also weigh out and portion up Easter eggs into handy snack sized treats – makes it easier for carb-counting.
