Coping With Diabetes Tool
Coping with Diabetes tool in the DigiBete app .
DigiBete has teamed up with Breakthrough T1D to create Coping with Diabetes, a new tool to help young people with type 1 diabetes look after their mental health and wellbeing.
Coping with Diabetes, available on the DigiBete App, uses real-life stories, animations and activities to help prevent and reduce diabetes distress and burnout.
What can you do in the Coping with Diabetes tool?
