We wanted to let you know that JDRF are holding a free virtual discovery event on Saturday 11th March and the focus is mental health.

This event will discuss the challenge of managing type 1 diabetes and the impact it can have on mental health. There will also be discussions on how to recognise the signs of others struggling with mental health and how you can support loved ones.
